Eligibility for Refunds
- Request must be made within 60 days of delivery
- Products may be opened or unopened
- Original order confirmation required
- Refunds apply to product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable)
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product back with the RMA number clearly marked
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
